Pastor Michael T. Oduselu
The Beginning
At an early age Pastor Michael developed a hunger for the Word of God, and vigorously began seeking God’s Word; reading and studying the scriptures daily as noted in Acts 17:11. It had become his greatest desire to know more about the life of God.
While studying the Word of God on the night before his 17th birthday, the Lord spoke to him Ezekiel 5:9 “I will do in you that which I have never done before and will never do it again” and God confirmed to him the calling He placed on his life. On the 4th of September 1996, the Lord spoke to him saying; “Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith, and in purity. Until I come, devote yourself to the public reading of Scripture, to preaching and to teaching. Do not neglect your gift, which was given you through a prophetic message when the body of elders laid their hands on you. Watch your life and doctrine closely. Persevere in them, because if you do, you will save both yourself and your hearers” (I Timothy 4:12-16, NIV).
Formal Education
After his formative years of study, Pastor Michael attended a Computer College in Lagos, Nigeria, where he began ministering the Word of God to over 70 students and staff members during his lunch hour.
Soon after this time, he returned to the United States to resume his studies in Computer Science at Chattahoochee Technical Institute in Marietta, Georgia. Just as in Lagos, Nigeria Pastor Michael began a bible study at this college. He completed his undergraduate studies at Georgia Institute of Technology, in Atlanta Georgia, where he earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering.
